Customers are responsible for informing us of fragile, valuable, or delicate items that require special handling. While our team takes utmost care in packing and moving, TCM Logistics Packers and Movers is not liable for damages caused due to incorrect declarations or improper packaging not done by our staff.

Vehicle transportation timelines may vary depending on route conditions, traffic, and unforeseen delays. We ensure timely delivery but do not guarantee exact arrival times, especially during peak seasons, weather issues, or transport restrictions.

Storage services, if availed, are billed as per the agreed duration. Users must clear dues before retrieving stored items. Any items prohibited by law cannot be stored or transported through our services.
